Sermon on Democracy and Motivation ft. School of Economics and Trade Zajecar (2017)

In cooperation with the School of Economics and Trade from Zajecar, we organized a competition in public speaking, as a form of motivation for young people to act freely and responsibly in order to protect and develop democratic values ​​in the community.

Members of the student parliament, prof. of rhetoric and oratory Sladjana Golubović, prof. of logic and philosophy Dejan Golubović and actress Selena Ristić Vitomirović. About 30 students were selected who actively participated in the workshops and the final competition. Selected participants attended workshops on logic, psychology (body language in public speaking), public speaking and motivational speeches, which were organized at the Youth Center in Zajecar.

After the workshops, the participants performed at the Children's Center and the Zajecar Youth Center, where they spoke about democracy, human rights and freedoms, and youth activities. Finally, they gave their sermons at the final competition on the Liberation Square in Zajecar, where a large number of curious citizens gathered. The best among the speakers also received symbolic awards.
